As the school year is ending maybe its time to make some new goals for yourself.ย The future is right in front of you and having a good plan and goals may help you be succeful.
To make sure your goals are clear and reachable, each one should be:
- Specific (simple, sensible, significant).
- Measurable (meaningful, motivating).
- Achievable (agreed, attainable).
- Relevant (reasonable, realistic and resourced, results-based).
- Time bound (time-based, time limited, time/cost limited, timely, time-sensitive).
Challenge yourself and make a fitness or wellness goal to achieve this week.
examples:
Have a healthy diet for 10 days and eat no sugar. Follow the Myplate guidelines for 10 days.
Drink at least half of your weight in ounces. So if you weigh 100 pounds, you should drink 50 ounces of water a day.
