When it’s hot outside and you need a cool snack, plan ahead and make some yummy yogurt pops to help cool you down this summer!
Yummy Yogurt Pops:
- 6 oz. fat-free flavored or plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup %100 fruit juice
- 4 medium paper/plastic cups
- 4 popsicle sticks
Directions:
- In a bowl, stir together yogurt and juice well.
- Pour mixture evenly into the 4 cups.
- Place a popsicle stick in the center of the mixture in each cup.
- Freeze yogurt pops then enjoy!
