Your June survey is ready, folks…4 questions about exercise…fitness…working out…physical activity, whatever you want to call it. And your prize for participation if yours is the lucky name that is selected will be a Play Hard, Live Clean prize package that includes a travel blanket, thermos, shirt, and a yard game. Last month we only had 3 survey participants from NHS. Must have at least 10 this month to be eligible for the prize drawing. Northern folks, get your friends to do the survey!
