According to the CDCย “Lifestyle activity refers to any physical activity you do as part of your normal daily
routine. For example, walking up stairs at home or at work is a regular part of your
day, but still can help you to burn extra calories.”
So what are the activities in your day that bring you physical activity?
The challenge is to walk more. Use some type of pedometer (2,000= 1 mile) to measure your walking and running and set goals for yourself. Stretch after each walk! This will help improve flexibility.
