Jacob Nazelrod is the winner of the $500 Play Hard, Live Clean Scholarship
The requirements to be considered for the scholarship:
-Graduating senior must have completed the PHLC pledge
–Have abstained from alcohol, tobacco, marijuana and any other drug that creates an artificial high.
-Completed the PHLC Scholarship application
-Agreed to a social media scan as a way to verify that he lives a PHLC lifestyle, free of drugs and alcohol.
