Today is the day to get up and move! Aim for 60 minutes or more of physical activity! Lay the stress down, put the electronic device aside, then get up and move!
We want to encourage you to play outdoors—it’s great for physical and mental health. Take a walk, run or go on a bike ride. If you are “stuck” inside make sure you have stretch breaks or dance breaks throughout the day…this will help you stay healthy and focused.

Avoid people who are sick
Clean and disinfect high- touch surfaces daily
