Noah Aiken was recognized as the recipient of the 2019 Play Hard, Live Clean Scholarship at Northern High School’s Senior Awards Assembly. To be eligible for this $500 scholarship, Noah completed a PHLC Drug-Free pledge to abstain from alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, and any other drug that creates an artificial high and agreed to a social media scan. Jordan Rohrbaugh was recognized as the recipient of the 2019 Play Hard, Live Clean Scholarship at Southern High School’s Senior Awards Assembly. To be eligible for this $500 scholarship, Jordan completed a PHLC Drug-Free pledge to abstain from alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, and any other drug that creates an artificial high and agreed to a social media scan.
